Lacking in a concentrated marketing and advertising strategy, Imprev chose to increase awareness of the company’s services through the use of ghost-written articles and prominent ads in several real estate trade publications.
Marisa Rodriguez ghostwrote an article for the president of the company which appeared in Realty Success Magazine entitled “Virtually Indispensable”. It addressed the very real disconnect between what real estate agents provide their customers and what their customers wanted to see.
A 10 page special section for RIS Real Estate Magazine on the Top 10 Trends in Real Estate of Year also worked to position the company as a thought-leader in the industry.
